- Make sure to purchase plenty of boxes and packing material for your move. All unused boxes can be returned to us for full credit. We also accept used boxes for recycling.
- Pack boxes so they can be easily closed.
- Do not overload boxes.
- Use packing paper for fragile items.
- Use dish pack boxes for kitchen items.
- Label all boxes.
- Books
- Pack in small 1.5 cube cartons on edge. Each box should not exceed 30 pounds.
- Bureau Drawers
- Overloading may result in damage to the drawers. Remove items of value and any fragile items.
- DVD Players
- If original packing material is not available. Wrap items with an old blanket and place in box. Label boxes “this side up” and “fragile”.
- Firearms
- You are responsible for transporting handguns, ammunition, oxygen and gas.
